Hello! I’m a connector between creativity and strategy, where transformation begins.
Until recently, I was the Design Lead for the digital marketing team at Santander Portugal.
By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I enhanced workflow efficiency while ensuring a visually compelling communication style that delivered consistent and effective content. Over time, my approach evolved with a Design Ops mindset, focusing on scalable systems, team alignment, and continuous improvement.
Throughout this journey, I promoted the adoption of new tools, streamlined collaboration between designers and copywriters, ensured the proper use of the Design System, and created templates that improved efficiency, scalability, and visual consistency across products.
I believe fostering a creative and learning-driven environment is key to success. That’s why I led regular brainstorming sessions with the creative team and collaborated with UX, Development, and Performance teams to drive knowledge exchange, refine processes, and implement new initiatives.
With an Advocate personality type and a thirst for knowledge, I choose projects based on the skills I’ll learn, enjoying expanding my expertise through any topic that interests me.
This curiosity has shaped a diverse portfolio, bridging the shift from graphic to digital design and reinforcing my generalist mindset - built on continuous learning and adaptability.
Beyond work, travel remains my greatest source of growth, constantly exposing me to new cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking.
